Finished my first workout in a week and a half. I decided even though I don't bike as much as I want I would follow
ashcake and do the Eowyn Challenge. I ended up biking 5 miles in a little over 10 minutes (warm up for weight lifting). That means according to the challenge I am 5 miles in and I exited the gate, then left the lane, followed the hedgerows south. I then crossed the water on a plank bridge, finally I hit the goal of crossing the Great Road from the Brandywine Bridge, entering Tookland.
I then worked out with weights. I did legs, abs, chest and then free weights on my arms. The free weights are definitely harder than the machines, my arms are still shaking. Although that is a good thing :)
