Midwest Chutzpah?

Watching  Andrew Zimmerman's Bizarre World - Wisconsin. They were showing a pizza place that offers mac and cheese, hamburger and fries, lasagna, and other toppings as pizza toppings.

He mentioned it was a combination of  new york pizza and midwestern chutzpah, I guess in his language chutzpah = garbage. Midwestern food is #1 reason why I wouldn't want to live in the midwest.

Yuck!!!! give me some good Thai food and I am happy.
